New Lab

Led the UX, design and development of a workspace management app for New Lab, an 84,000 sq. ft. Brooklyn Navy Yard hub supporting entreprenuers working in the critical technology space. Directing a Warsaw-based engineering team, shaped the member experience across onboarding, conference room, event booking, and daily occupancy management. The app remained New Lab's central tool for member services for its first six years, and served as the prototype of what the development team put into market as spaceOS— a product acquired by Equiem in 2023.
