The Year-in-Review renders the org's twelve months as five color-coded program tracks, each anchored by comet-shaped arcs that trail a cascading log of milestones, a timeline that reads more like a heartbeat than a bar graph. Meanwhile, the traditional org chart is replaced by an interactive particle cluster: a nucleus of nodes branching into dendrite-like chains, each tap revealing which team or function that cluster represents. The organization is visualized not as boxes and lines, but as a body still growing into its shape.
