A brand identity for Bricolagista, a subterranean film collective built around the notion of making things from whatever is at hand. The name comes from bricolage — the act of constructing, improvising and finding ways to make art with whatever materials are available.
The identity takes that same spirit of resourcefulness into the visual language. The mark is haphazard, partially illegible and deliberately resistant to behaving like a conventional logo — becoming familiar to those who encounter it over time as credits roll on a film. Typographic treatments follow suit, with reviews and accolades treated with the same nonchalance, keeping the visual language intentionally loose and provisional.
